DESCRIPTION:The Mount Washington Valley Resistance is taking to the streets again as part of the Tamworth and Conway Fourth of July parades. We rework the Declaration of Independence to meet this political moment and bring it to life with street theater\, puppets and live marching band-style music. Bring themed songs\, costumes\, creativity\, and musical instruments… yes\, even a tambourine or a kazoo will do! \nThe Tamworth parade kicks off at 11am from the corner of Depot Road and Rte 113 (arrive 10:30am to take part in the parade performance). The Conway parade kicks off 1:30pm from Kennett Middle School parking lot in Conway (arrive 11am to take part in the parade performance). Join either or both! \n
