Somatic Movement & Yoga Nidra (with Jennifer Simpson)

Nourish your body and awaken a sense of wholeness with slow, soothing movement to release tension, ease discomfort, and restore balance to the mind, body, and soul. Cultivate awareness through gentle somatic practices, calming the nervous system and reducing stress. Melt into deep relaxation with restorative techniques that invite profound rest and renewal.
Instructor Jennifer Simpson is a Tamworth-based certified Clinical Somatic Movement Instructor, SMC® CEI Level 3 and Coach dedicated to helping others heal through focused awareness, movement and relaxation. Read more about her work and company here: Home | Soul Seasons.
Schedule:
7:00–7:50 am — Somatic Movement (right upon waking releases any tension due to less movement in the night)
1:30–5:30 pm (flexible window, based on demand) ~ 60-90 minutes — Yoga Nidra – including 5 minutes of gentle movement at the beginning and end of this deep rest practice.
9:15–10:00 pm — Somatic Movement (after program – right before bed creates deeper and less interrupted sleep)
