Technology
To maximize the opportunity for making lively connections among people, wilderness, and creativity, we request that common areas in Lloyd Lodge be cell phone and screen-free.
Wi-Fi is available in the The Cape, Uphaus Lodge, Weller House, and The Cottage. There is no wireless access in Lloyd Lodge, or in the Katz or Jacobs Cabins. Conway Public Library has computers available for public use.
Smoking
All World Fellowship buildings are smoke-free and vape-free, including Juul devices. These set off our alarms. Marijuana is not legal in NH (yet!).
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at WFC! Campsites and Weller House can be reserved for you and your dog to stay together.
Dogs must be on leashes at all times at WFC as the Town of Albany has a leash law. Please be respectful when tying your dog’s leash to structures that they be secure, out of the way of other visitors, and in a space they feel safe and secure without barking.
On WFC trails, lawns, and campground, dogs must be cleaned up after. Droppings should be put into a bag, tied closed, and disposed of in the dumpster at the south end of Drake Hill Road.
Dog hours on Whitton Pond are from 7 am to 9:30 am. If you wish to swim with your canine companion at other hours, we suggest that you drive to Lake Chocorua or go to the Whitton Pond public access. All WFC trails and Drake Hill Road and connecting thoroughfares may be used for leashed dog walking at any time.
Out of respect for the community, we request that dog owners be conscious of your dog’s behavior at all times and adjust activities when needed.
If there is any confusion about this policy, please check with the office. Thank you!
