What to Expect We all have patterns in how we hold tension, respond to stress, and move through the world.
Some are learned over time… and some are so consistent they feel like part of who we are.
During this immersion, we’ll begin to recognize these patterns more clearly—
not just in the body, but in how you relate to effort, awareness, and rest.
Because once you can see a pattern, you can begin to change it.
In our time together, we’ll work with a variety of modalities to support the body and nervous system.
You’ll be guided through simple practices and experiences that draw from my work as a Somatic Movement Specialist, Yoga Nidra guide, Reiki practitioner, and Brain Health Coach—offering tools to support clarity, resilience, and mind/body wellness.
Somatic Movement to release long-held patterns of tension and restore balance, ease, and vitality for healthy aging. Guided Relaxation to allow the mind and body to settle into a state of deep, restorative rest.
Somatic Healing to experience a deeper layer where awareness, sensation, and the nervous system come together to support meaningful change.

Brain Health Coaching concepts to support cognitive function, resilience, and long-term well-being.
This workshop offers a deep dive into understanding how your body, nervous system, and brain weave together—through practices designed to support healing, awareness, enhanced brain function, and healthy aging.

2-day experience (Saturday–Sunday)
3-hour immersion each day
Choose either the morning or afternoon track:
Morning: 9:00am–12:00pm
Afternoon: 1:30–4:30pm
Guests choose one track for the full weekend (morning or afternoon).
Both groups receive the same experience, with each day building on the next.

Jennifer Simpson is a Clinical Somatic Movement Instructor and Yoga Nidra guide who uses movement and guided relaxation as foundations for wellness. As a Brain Health Coach, Somatic Coach and Reiki practitioner, her work supports healthy minds and nervous systems—guiding people toward improved balance in mind and body, better posture, and deeper sleep while helping relieve long-held tension patterns that contribute to pain. Her goal is to help influence healthy aging on an individual and collective level.
Jennifer offers private sessions and group classes for those seeking greater ease, resilience, and lifelong vitality.
