A Discussion with Vermont Lt. Governor David Zuckerman (Progressive/Democratic).

As an organizer in 1992, David Zuckerman was greatly inspired by then Congressman Bernie Sanders. He later served for 18 years in the Vermont legislature before being elected Lt. Governor in 2017. As such he is the highest elected 3rd party official in the country. This discussion will focus on the success of Vermont’s Progressive Party as well as how issue organizing and politics can blend together to be a more representative democracy than what we generally see today with big money politics.
