Fermentation (Douglas Farrand)

Fermentation is an ancient art of food preservation, transformation, and sovereignty. Join us to practice fermenting grains, teas, and vegetables from the World Fellowship garden. The workshop begins on Monday afternoon to allow fermentation activities to bubble all week long, with tasty results to take home!
