Fungi Walk
3 September , 2022 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join Larry for another mushroom foray Labor Day weekend! Mycologist Larry Millman will introduce you to the fascinating world of fungi (i.e., mushrooms) in a two part program. Part 1 will be a whiteboard presentation where you’ll learn about (among other things) the close connection between morels and lichens, while part 2 will be a walk where you’ll experience the variety of fungal species on the premises of World Fellowship. Please note that ecology, not edibility, will be the focus of both these events.
