Long before “Talk Therapy, ” Humans expressed themselves by dancing, singing, drawing and community rituals and poets expressed feelings through a non linear format of writing called poetry. We will discover and share feelings in this way, using Movement, writing, drawing and performing. The emphasis is on staying grounded in our senses and exploring, not on creating a finished “product.”
