Nervous System + Generational Healing Workshop (Part I) (Dae + Night Studio)
1 July @ 8:00 am - 3 July @ 5:00 pm
Join Thursdae for an immersive journey of self-exploration, healing, and renewal to harmonize the wisdom of generations past with the resilience of the nervous system, paving the way for a more vibrant and interconnected future. The human body is an intricate tapestry woven with the threads of seven generations with some studies suggesting imprints as many as 14 generations back. Beyond the genetic makeup, bodies also store the stories, experiences, traumas and joys of ancestors, shaping your perceptions and behaviors.
At the core of this workshop is the understanding that the nervous system serves as the command center of one’s being. It orchestrates a symphony of signals, emotions and responses, shaping how one navigates their internal and external world. Participants will engage in mindfulness practices and somatic techniques such as breath work and movement tailored to unlock the body’s innate healing capacities.
Sessions will run each morning, July 1-3 and July 5-7. Join for one or both sessions. If you have any questions or concerns prior to this workshop, please feel free to message Thursdae at daenightstudio@gmail.com.
