Somatic Body Movement

- 1st Class – Relax tight back, neck, and shoulder muscles
- 2nd Class – Target waist muscles to improve balance and relax hips & shoulders
- 3rd Class – Improve posture by relaxing the muscles that cause rounded shoulders
Noreen Owens will guide you through slow, mindful movements designed to release muscle tension, restore ease of movement, and relieve aches and pain. Each class will focus on different muscle groups. All movements are done while lying on the floor. No experience is necessary; appropriate for all fitness levels. Movements can easily be repeated on your own to maintain ease of motion.
