Somatic Body Movement
1st Class - Relax tight back, neck, and shoulder muscles 2nd Class - Target waist muscles to improve balance and relax hips & shoulders 3rd Class - Improve posture by relaxing the muscles that cause rounded shoulders Noreen Owens will guide you through slow, mindful movements designed to release muscle tension, restore ease of movement, and relieve aches and pain.
