Examine key events in U.S. history that have impacted the racial wealth gap in this interactive program. Kate Shaughnessy is a labor educator at the AFL-CIO who writes curricula on various topics such as leadership, working people’s history, economics, and organizing. Come to the Lloyd Lodge lawn to join members of the Upper Saco Valley Land Trust staff and board, along with WFC Conservation Easement Committee members. Learn what led to the June 2020 completion of the Kathryn 'Kit' Schmauch Conservation Easement, placing nearly 400 wooded acres into permanent protection with USVLT. Introductions, short presentations, Q&A, and time for informal sharing, and celebratory snacks! Special greetings from Kit and Christoph Schmauch will be shared as well.

From the faculty concert on Sunday evening through Wednesday morning evaluation, you can enjoy an opportunity for small group study and performance of music from the Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque periods. Amateur and professional instrumentalists aged 14 and up who can read music are welcome. The focus of the program is chamber music, with performance opportunities.
