Are you on an antiracism journey and looking to deepen your exploration?
This interactive workshop series will provide participants with embodied experience to bring somatic awareness, and share transformational practices to address racialized trauma to begin healing.
As a three-day multiracial group series with morning and afternoon sessions, the workshop combines somatic awareness, somatic dialogue, and somatic witnessing in order to drop learners into their bodies. Together we’ll learn how our racialization manifests in our everyday reactions and how we can begin creating new responses to old embedded ideas about race.
If you are ready to submerge into your racialized identity and emerge with more aliveness and alignment as a co-conspirator, ready to struggle together for racial justice, please join us.
*Room and Board Rates at WFC (Weekend Rates) including all meals and other activities apply
$350 Additional Fee for the Workshop
