Lodging

With Mt. Chocorua as our backdrop, our facilities run on Drake Hill Road from the valley floor to the ridge. Wheelchair accessible lodging is available.

Buildings each have a kitchen, dining/living roomspace, and shared bathroom facilities. Each Building’s kitchen has a refrigerator for guest use. See Cabins for their specific amenities. New Hostel rate program is being developed for a Summer 2023 start. All World Fellowship buildings are smoke-free, vape-free and pet-free, with the exception of The Cottage, where pets may stay. Pets may also share campsites, with some restrictions.

Five types of accommodations:

Hostel

Hostel rate guest lodging, with especially low rates, and a minimum of two hours of volunteer service daily. Shared all gender bunk lodging with other hostel rate guests and/or staff and volunteers. Folded fresh linens and towel. Includes three meals, programs and facilities. 18 y.o.+. Companion groups of two people max, please.

Camping

16 sites available. Bring your own tent and hammock, we’ll supply the fire pit and picnic table!

Economy

Save a little money by staying in our economy lodging. Rooms are adequate and simple, at times can tend to be a bit humid as some are basement-like.

Regular

For a cozier feel, try a regular rate room. These are the most average rooms on site. Mid-range comfort, quietude, and price.

Our Best

The best rooms we offer. These are the quietest, most modern, and have the lowest wait times for showers!

Lloyd Lodge

Lloyd Lodge, also referred to as “The Lodge”, is our main building. It resembles a century-old New England inn and houses a conference room, dining hall, and our summer office. It also holds a large portion of our guest rooms.

Two first-floor regular rate rooms of the entrance hall are wheelchair accessible with roll-in shower and an accessible half-bath.

The Davis-Walsh House

The Davis-Walsh House (formerly known as “The Cape”) is our most modern facility. It is one minute from Lloyd Lodge. 6 Best rooms and 2 bathrooms, with full guest kitchen. The Davis-Walsh has a ramp for access and 2 first-floor bedrooms. Wifi available.

Uphaus Lodge

Uphaus Lodge is one of our more modern facilities. It is partially winterized for Fall and Spring. It has a view of Mt. Chocorua from a large bay window in the living room. It is a 10-minute stroll (or a two-minute car ride) from Lloyd Lodge. WiFi available.

Weller House

Weller House is a charming 175-year-old cottage. Thoreau Cottage, just behind it, has 2 guest rooms. They are located 3/4 of a mile from Lloyd Lodge. Wi-Fi is available. 5 Regular rate rooms, 2 Economy rooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and additional shower.

The Cottage

The Cottage is located 3/4 of a mile from Lloyd Lodge. Wi-Fi is available. 3 Regular rate guest rooms, 2 staff rooms, and 2 bathrooms. This is the dog-friendly, indoor lodging option.

Katz and Jacobs Cabins

Groups or families can share two new cabins with beds for 6-11 people each, located next to the campground across the road from Lloyd Lodge.
Rates vary according to number sharing.
Half-bath and 2 bunk beds on the first floor for up to 5 (one bottom bunk is a double with single over; the other is single over single).
3 single bunk beds upstairs for up to 6.

Campsites

Rustic campsites with picnic tables are available for campers bringing their own tents/equipment. The camping area is adjacent to Lloyd Lodge. No electrical service in the campground and limited space for recreational vehicles. Campers must register via the office before setting up a tent and bring their own linens, pillows and extra blankets. Open fires only by permit of the local Fire Warden. Check with the office.
